  • Dentazon is NOT a healthcare provider
  • AI tools (Ai-Dentify) are for informational purposes only
  • Users must consult qualified dentists before making medical decisions

  1. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments are requests, not guaranteed confirmations
  • Dentists are responsible for honoring bookings
  • Dentazon is not liable for cancellations or delays

  1. Payments & Transactions

  • Payments are processed via third-party providers
  • Dentazon may charge service fees
  • Refund policies depend on service providers (dentists/vendors)

  1. Marketplace Terms

  • Products are sold by third-party vendors
  • Dentazon is not responsible for product quality or defects
  • Users must verify product details before purchase

  1. User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

  • Provide false information
  • Misuse the platform
  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Upload harmful or inappropriate content
